  Attorney Chen graduated from the School of International Law at China University of Political Science and Law, earning a Bachelor of Laws degree. During his studies, Attorney Chen participated in an exchange program at the School of Political Science and Economics at Waseda University in Japan. After completing his undergraduate degree, Attorney Chen was admitted to Georgetown University Law Center in the United States, where he obtained his LL.M. degree. Attorney Chen is highly proficient in both Chinese and American law.

Attorney Chen has accumulated extensive practical experience through internships and work at Fortune 500 companies, procuratorates, courts, and law firms. His primary areas of practice are immigration and business law. He has demonstrated exceptional performance in applications for Extraordinary Ability (EB-1A) and National Interest Waiver (NIW), helping numerous clients achieve successful approvals. Additionally, he handles other immigration-related matters for clients, including but not limited to EB-1C for multinational executives, H-1B, and various family and employment-based immigration petitions.
