Mr. Xue holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in law. Mr. Xue is licensed to practice law in California and China. Mr. Xue has been engaged in legal work in the United States and China for nearly 15 years.

Mr. Xue is now the Founder and Director of Newbright Law Group, A.P.C. He is also a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the State Bar of California (CA BAR) and the International Bar Association (IBA).

Mr. Xue used to be a Partner in the Shanghai office of an international law firm which is the largest firm in the Asia-Pacific region. He headed the U.S. affairs of Foreign Business Center in the Shanghai Office of an international law firm that is the largest law firm in Beijing. Mr. Xue has rendered customized legal services for many listed companies and large state-owned enterprises, such as COMAC, Suning, Chia Tai, TCC, Shui On, New Hope and other well-known commercial organizations.

Mr. Xue has served several boutique law firms in the United States, and has participated in handling a large number of cases ranging from Employment Based and Family Based Immigration, International Trade and Investment, Transnational Divorce and Family Dispute, International Due Diligence and Dispute. Mr. Xue also had the licenses and experience of Real Estate Agent and Insurance Agent in the United States, he can provide clients with more comprehensive legal services.
